Yesterday (27th April 2021) we implemented encryption on the QuadKids website so that it now uses HTTPS. 

This inadvertently caused an issue when new users tried to "activate" their user accounts. Users were presented with activation failed errors.

This has now been resolved and if you couldn't activate your account previously then please try again with the same activation link.
